A safe is available at LC Azores Houses for you to store valuable and important items.

Please treat LC Azores Houses with the same respect as you would your own home. Ensure that it is delivered in the same condition as when you entered.

Keep the doors locked and windows closed when leaving to maintain security. The property is equipped with an alarm system.

Use the furniture properly, no changes to the available configuration are allowed

Visitors are not allowed to sleep in the residence, the number of informed guests must be respected.

Let's reduce our carbon footprint! Please ensure that you are turning off the lights when not in use.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

75% refund if you cancel at least 20 days before check-in.

50% refund if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.

No refund after 14 days

A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 3 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
